PMI Palm Vista is a locally owned property management company backed by the national strength of Property Management Inc. We specialize in delivering full-service residential and short-term rental management with a focus on transparency, responsiveness, and maximizing owner ROI. As part of a network managing thousands of properties nationwide, we bring proven systems and local service together—whether you’re a homeowner, investor, or tenant. With roots in technology and home services, our team applies a modern, hands-on approach to property care and client communication.
Nate's a technology entrepreneur with graduate degrees in applied mathematics and analytics, currently operating home services businesses. I’m now expanding into property management with PMI Palm Vista to bring a data-driven, service-first approach to the industry.
Shannon Cornell has been in the Real Estate Industry with a focus on Property Management since 2001. She first worked on the administration side for over 10 years before getting her real estate license. Once she did get her license, she took off running with it. She took over a portfolio of about 40 properties and within 4 years she built that up to over 120 properties. Shannon joined the PMI Family in 2017 with her first office. She is Co-Owner and Manager of PMI Arrico Realty and PM Lakeland. Shannon has always been very active in the Real Estate Industry both with her local and state real estate associations and the NARPM Association on the local, state, and National levels holding leadership positions in most. She values education in both the Brokerage side of Real Estate and the Property Management side. She also keeps up with the legislative changes that occur regarding Homeowners rights in Tallahassee. Shannon is a Certified Investment Advisor through the PMI Franchise and looks forward to helping you manage and grow your portfolio. Shannon has been married to her husband, Ty since 2003 and they have a daughter, Emily and a beautiful granddaughter, Julianni. They currently live in Auburndale and have just acquired their 2nd investment property.
